Cooking Instructions For A Butcher Shop Clam Bake The Butcher Shop clam bake from Kirbie's comes complete with burner, steamer, stand and insert. Everything you need to make your clam bake a winner! Butcher Shop Vacuum Marinating The butchers have developed seven truly flavorful and taste tempting marinades for your grilling pleasure. Boneless Stuffed Chicken Breasts Baking Instructions All of Kirbie's stuffed chicken breast are hand rolled using only the finest all natural ingredients. Ham Baking Instructions Honey Glazed Warm in pre-heated oven at 325° for 1 — 1 and 1/2 hours Old Fashioned Ham Cooking Instructions Seal in foil, bake at 325° for 1 and 1/2 - 2 hours Beef Tenderloin Cooking Instructions • Have meat at room temperature!!!!!! • Pre-heat oven to 400° • Roast uncovered 30 - 45 minutes—rare, 45 min - 1 hour—medium rare to medium • Serve with Kirbie's creamy Horseradish Sauce Rolled Rib Cooking Instructions • Have meat at room temperature!!!!!!!!! • Pre-heat oven to 400° • Roast uncovered: 1 hour—rare, l'A hours—Medium rare • Serve with au jus or Kirbie's creamy Horseradish Sauce • Enjoy your meal! Roasting Instructions for Rack of Lamb • Season lamb with Kirbie's Lamb Marinade or your favorite fresh herbs • Preheat oven to 375° • Roast lamb bone side down, uncovered, on wire rack for 30 minutes (140° inter¬nal temperature)* for medium rare, 45 minutes (160 degrees internal temperature) • Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes. • Carve and enjoy Kirbie's recommends the use of a professional grade meat thermometer to check for accurate internal temperature. Roasting Instructions for Leg of Lamb • Season lamb with Kirbie's Lamb Marinade or your favorite fresh herbs. • Preheat oven to 375° • Roast lamb fat side up, uncovered, on wire rack for 1 hour 30 minutes (140° internal temperature)  for medium rare, 2 hours (160° internal temperature) for regular cooking • Remove from oven and let stand for 15-20 minutes • Carve and enjoy
